• Items must be returned within 30 days after receipt of the product.

• Buyer is responsible for return postage costs, in the case of a return.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and the same condition as it was received.

• We have the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.

• Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match the sellers description. 

• To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We ship items out as soon as possible but this will not always be the same day as your order. Our general delivery time within Australia is 1-5 days, depending on location. 

We ship with TNT, TOLL and other reputable and reliable carriers and are located in Melbourne VIC, Australia. 

Custom made items require a longer lead time. 

Delivery time for these items is 45 - 120 days, shipping with TNT, TOLL and other carriers.
